La Bell Verte is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant hidden in Gatineau, but it should be way more well known than it is. Their dishes taste homemade, but in the best way possible. If you’re looking to indulge but still be healthy, this is where you need to be. Their sandwiches, pizza, and burgers are divine, but their desserts are even better. If that’s possible.
