Stargazing enthusiasts will have a lot to look forward to in 2017. One event in particular that they will want to watch out for is the beautiful solar eclipse that will occur this summer.
On August 21, the moon will eclipse the sun, producing an ethereal viewing experience for several places in North America. The full eclipse can be seen in places like Nashville, Tennessee or the nearby Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Torontonians, on the other hand, will still see the eclipse, but only up to 80% of the sun.
It will be one of the biggest cosmic events this year, so you better mark your calendars!
