Toronto Is Celebrating National Macaron Day In The Best Way Possible

If you thought today was just your average Monday, you thought wrong. Inspired by Paris’s “Jour du Macaron,” March 20th also marks Toronto’s very own Macaron Day. Dreamed up by chef Francois Payard, Macaron Day Toronto is dedicated to celebrating the French pastry and the local patisseries that bake them to perfection.

Participating Toronto patisseries will offer limited edition flavours as well as their tried and true staples. Past unique flavours include everything from Black Sesame to Popcorn.

The best part? 25% of all additional macaron purchases from Macaron Day Toronto will go to the Red Door Family Shelter.
