A Filipino Fast Food Chain Has Officially Opened In Winnipeg And People Are Freaking Out

All my Filipino Winnipeggers, rejoice – Canada’s first Jollibee location has officially opened it’s doors at Elllice Avenue at Milt Stegall Drive, here in the city.

Serving up items like pineapple-topped hamburgers, peach-mango pie, Chickenjoy fried chicken, and Jolly spaghetti has had hundreds of excited locals lining up in -26 degree weather, just to get a taste.

The Asian fast food giant, is known as the McDonalds of the Philippines and with Winnipeg having the largest Filipino community in the country, it only makes sense to bring their first location to the best city in Canada.
