Barak Obama may have been the President of the United States, but just like Justin Trudeau, he became popular around the world. Thankfully for his supporters, social media has allowed Obama to share a little bit of himself with his followers, including what he watches, listens to, and reads in his free time. To ring in 2020, the former President shared what his favourite media was this past year. On the list were 2019 Netflix Canada movies and shows that you can watch!

While genre wasn't really a factor in what he loved, Obama may have some high standards when it comes to choosing his favourites. No Netflix film on the list had a Rotten Tomatoes score lower than 95%.

That means if you decide to check these next few films and shows out, you can be sure that they're all highly rated.

Sit back, relax, and get ready to feel presidential.
