This New Movie On Netflix Canada Stars Ryan Reynolds & It Looks Totally Action-Packed

Because there's a much smaller number of Canadian celebrities in the world than there are American, we up north REALLY love our stars. Just think about how much the 6ix obsesses over Drake, or how we love Shawn Mendes so much that we put him on our coffee cups. Yet another Canadian celeb that we all idolize is none other than Vancouver native, Ryan Reynolds. The actor has a seriously impressive resume, and it only continues to get better! 6 Underground starring Ryan Reynolds is coming to Netflix this December.
On top of running Aviation Gin, being a husband to the beautiful Blake Lively and a father to their two (soon to be three) children, maintaining his various bromances, and of course, running his hilarious Instagram page, Reynolds still somehow has the time to act in world-renowned films. His latest project, a Netflix original called 6 Underground that was directed by none other than Michael Bay is already keeping audiences on their toes, just from the trailer alone.
Netflix released the trailer to their YouTube channel this morning, and it's already received over 150,000 views with mostly positive comments, which is pretty seldom seen when it comes to Netflix originals.
The film is about a group of six people who, after faking their deaths, now work as covert vigilantes. In the trailer, Reynolds says, "The best part of being dead is the freedom. No policies or politics. We answer to no one. We could take out some truly evil people."

In typical Michael Bay style, the film is loaded up with loud explosives and insane action scenes that will definitely get your adrenaline pumping. And of course, in typical Ryan Reynolds style, the Canadian plays a wise-cracking character that provides just the right amount of comic relief.
6 Underground also stars Ben Hardy, Dave Franco, Corey Hawkins, Melanie Laurent, and Adria Arjona. The film will be available for streaming on Netflix as of December 13, and you can check out the full-length trailer below.
