Not only are there literally hundreds of positions, but the pay is really good. Time to spruce up those resumes.
For instance, the position of unit clerk at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton is anywhere from $24.99 an hour to $30.38 an hour.
This position would have you communicating with health professionals, patients, and departments to ensure things flow smoothly. You will definitely need to be organized and efficient.
Some of the other positions are incredibly intense.
If you happen to be a psychologist then this could be your big break. A position in Ponoka is looking for a psychologist and they are willing to pay anywhere from $41.48 an hour to $55.25 an hour.
The positions are literally all over the province and range from working in hospitals to home care, some of them are even remote. You shouldn't have a problem finding something that fits your needs and is close to you.

The spokesperson with the health service noted they will be reviewing applications and looking at ways to internally redeploy to ensure they have staff where they need them.
