Netflix Released The Trailer For A New Sci-Fi Series And People Already Hate It

'Another Life' is coming to Netflix on July 25th.

One of the best, but also the worst things about Netflix is the sheer amount of content they've been putting out lately. On one hand, it's awesome to have an endless amount of original shows and movies to watch, but on the other hand, a lot of the shows end up cancelled after a single season for one reason or another. Another Life is Netflix's latest Sci-Fi series and people aren't impressed.

Earlier today, July 11th, Netflix released a trailer for their latest venture called Another Life. The series stars the likes of Katee Sackhoff, Justin Chatwin, and Selma Blair.

The series initially takes place on Earth. When a mysterious alien artifact lands on the planet, Commander Niko Breckinridge (Sackhoff) is asked to lead the first interstellar mission back to the artifacts home planet, while her husband (Chatwin), is tasked with trying to make human contact with the artifact back on Earth.

The show also has plenty of other interesting characters, like Harper Glass (Blair), an influencer who will stop at nothing to break the story, Ian Yerxa (played by Tyler Hoechlin), another commander who's very bitter, and William (played by Samuel Anderson), the ship's artificial intelligence.

Although a lot of Netflix's Sci-Fi films and series usually receive great reviews, Another Life seems to already be a total flop in the minds of audiences, and they haven't been holding back their opinions in the comment section:

The 10 episode series will make its Netflix debut on Thursday, July 25th. Trailers have been known to be very misleading, so you may actually end up enjoying this new show more than you'd think. You can check out the trailer for yourself below.
