Arizona Wine Tasting Experience Lets You Kayak & Drink Wine Afterward

There's nothing better than ending your day with a glass of wine. What if you could do just that after a scenic kayaking trip? This Arizona wine tasting experience will allow you to travel down the Verde River before ending your evening at a beautiful local winery.

The Water to Wine Kayak Trip is available between March and November and prices start at $104.25 per person.

You'll begin your adventure on the banks of the Verde River by heading out on a 1.5 hour-long cruise on the water. After the scenic excursion, you'll find yourself approaching giant Oak Wood Trees surrounding a gravel path leading to Alcantara Vineyards.

With your $20 credit (included in the price), you can use it for wine, food, or cute gifts.

It's okay if you've never kayaked before. This trip is perfect for all skill levels and there will be tour guides every step of the way.

Here's a breakdown of everything included:

  • The use of inflatable kayaks, paddles, and life-jackets
  • Landing and facility fees
  • $20 winery credit per person
  • Guides

With a maximum of 14 people, this trip is perfect for bachelorette outings, birthdays, or BFF getaways.

It's important to note that you will park at the vineyard and then be shuttled to the launch point. You might even learn a little slice of history from your guides about the surrounding area along the way.

Whether you're a wine connoisseur or not, you will have the time of your life surrounded by good company, good drinks, and even better weather.

If you're visiting from out of town, we recommend that you check out this list of beautiful places to explore in Arizona this spring too. They all have amazing views.
