Atlanta Is Transforming Into A Massive Mardi Gras Party With FREE Booze This Spring

And tons of NOLA-inspired food. *drools*
Mardi Gras Atlanta 2020 Is A Massive Street Fest With FREE Alcohol

Even if you've never made it to NOLA to celebrate Mardi Gras on Bourbon Street, you've at least heard that it's a crazy good time. The colorfull masquerade parties and parades are just the best reasons to binge drink, but the seven-hour trip is a bit of a stretch. Not to fear because Mardi Gras Atlanta 2020 is going to give The French Quarter a run for its money.

The Mardi Gras Streetcar Adventure is taking over ATL on Feb. 15 to take partiers on a local Mardi Gras trek through downtown and Old Fourth Ward. You'll get an all-day access wristband to hop on and off the NOLA-inspired streetcar as you wish.

The cultural festivities will begin at Municipal Market (where you'll register) and travel to over 35+ bars and restaurants offering free shots and other libations, plus some pretty sweet deals on food. From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., you'll maze your way through the city, making pit stops at Edgewood Speakeasy, Fiesta Cantina, Ghost Bar and much more.

Tickets are only $15 (or two for $25) and they include free shots and drinks at over ten of the participating bars. However, all of the bars and restaurants will have crazy deals on food including $1 beer and Hurricanes, $3 pizza and tons more scrumptious Cajun-style bites.

To add even more to the hyper-realistic experience, there will be live street music and plenty of Mardi Gras beads.

Sport your brightest green, yellow and purple and get ready for a super immersive two-fold celebration that lets you celebrate one of the most festive holidays ever AND explore all that Atlanta has to offer.
