Pizza is what fuels most of us, and it's the one thing we crave after a fun night out. At this point, it's honestly considered a major food group. In case you missed it, there is a new pizza restaurant in Atlanta and it serves up pizza and amazing cinnamon rolls.
Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria is located on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta and will soon be opening a second location in Adair Park. It is a Nashville-based restaurant that has made its way to this great city in Georgia.
This place prides itself on getting pizza out fast, while still serving up gourmet, artisan pizzas made from local ingredients. It is not only a pizzeria, but it also has some of the best cinnamon rolls you will ever eat.
You build your own pizza at Slim & Husky's, so you will be getting exactly what you want on it. The "slim" is a 10-inch personal that is $12, and the "husky" is a 16-inch personal that is $15.
The name of the restaurant, the signature pizzas and these options for personal pizzas were named after the owner's favorite songs and Hip-Hop bops of the 90s.
Slim & Husky's is also known for its incredible cinnamon rolls. There are so many different flavors and they are so gooey with toppings all over them. You can get two of them for $5 or six of them for $12.
You can choose from flavors like the Cookie Monsta (white chocolate sauce, Oreo and peanut butter crumbles), Sticky Fingas (caramel sauce, bacon, 1856 Uncle Nearest Whiskey and glazed pecans) and Ninja Tartle (green apple sauce and jalapeno cream cheese glaze).
These rolls are nothing that you have ever had before and you have got to try every flavor they have. They are not vegan, but there is a vegan cinnamon roll cafe in Atlanta that has these non-dairy treats.
There is also a dessert shop in the city that serves up crazy dessert tacos if you are more of an ice cream person.
