You Can Watch 90s Cult Classics At This Texas Drive-In All Month

Star Wars, Alien, Goonies, and more!
An Open Austin Drive-In Is Having A Cult Classic Marathon This Spring

Visiting a drive-in is one of the few ways we're able to stay entertained right now, and luckily, multiple outdoor theaters in Texas are able to stay open for our viewing pleasure. An open Austin drive-in is stepping it up a notch and showing nothing but cult classics for the rest of this month and all next month long. Watching an oldie but a goodie on the big screen is music to our ears.

Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-in is open for business and has showings scheduled as early as tonight, and as late as Saturday, May 16.

Every week more showings are added, so it doesn't look like the drive-in is slowing down any time soon.

You can watch movies such as Princess Bride, Dazed and Confused, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and more. Each night there's something different, so we recommend checking out the full list so that you can plan accordingly for your favorite.

Tickets for every showing are on sale on their website right now, so purchase yours today!

Prices range depending on how many people are accompanying you and how big your car is, but no matter what, you can't put a price on seeing a classic.

For any showing that's marked as "ESD" or "extra social distancing," leaving your car once inside the drive-in and sitting in truck beds or hatchbacks is not permitted.

In addition, you'll have to visit another location for a bathroom or concessions. The drive-in's extra facilities are temporarily closed.

We can't wait to see one of your favorite movies on the big screen, from the comfort of our cars.
