Austin's Free Vegan Food Fest Is Coming With Tasty Food This Month

The food in Austin caters to absolutely everyone, which is yet another reason why the city is one of the greatest in the world. If you live off of a vegan diet or are ready to give the plant-based food a chance, then boy do we have news for you! This month, a vegan food festival in Austin is taking place and all of your favorite, or soon-to-be-favorite, food trucks will be there.

This Saturday, January 11 the Outpost Food Park will be transformed for a food-filled day unlike any other.

ATX Vegans Block Party is an event where Austinites and people from all over Texas can come and enjoy cruelty-free food from 12 to 4 p.m.

You don't have to pay a dime to get in and even once you're in, you'll barely pay anything at all.

Meals will be sold for $5 and free samples will be given away throughout the event.

The list of vendors is nearly endless and does not disappoint. Austin favorites such as CLEAN Cause, The Vegan Nom, Bruja's Brew Kombucha, Sassy's Vegetarian Soul Food, and many more are on the line-up.

Feel free to visit their official Facebook event page or their Eventbrite page to see the full list of vendors.

These pages are also helpful to register for the event, it's free to enter but it is recommended to add yourself to the list of people that are going so that the crowd size can be gauged.

They're anticipating lots of people!

If you love vegan food as much as we do, Austin's Veganchill Fest is where you want to be next month to chow down on some delicious animal product-free food.

Plus, Dallas just opened a vegan-friendly spot called Lucky Mouth that you have to check out when you're in the area.

The more cruelty-free places and events there are in the Lone Star State, the better!
