Austin Is Getting The Dreamiest New Soufflé Spot This Year & It's Trés French

You'll feel like you're in Paris.
A Soufflé Restaurant In Austin Is Coming This Year

If you've been lucky enough to try a soufflé at least once in your life, then consider your tastebuds blessed. Not everyone is that lucky, especially considering France is home to the dish more so than any other country. Brace yourselves, because Austin, Texas will have a new souffle restaurant very, very soon.

Rise started in none other than Dallas, and has since expanded to Fort Worth, Houston, and soon, Austin.

The restaurant has a lengthy menu with about every type of soufflé you could possibly imagine.

Whether you're looking for something savory or something sweet, you'll find it at Rise.

The exact location of Austin's Rise has yet to be determined, but we have an idea of where it'll end up.

According to Eater Austin, Rise will set up shop at the Grove, near MoPac and 45th, more than likely on Perseverance Drive.

This area is already a hot spot, and it's about to get a lot hotter.

Soufflés have a reputation for being hard to make, but Rise takes the extra step by using custom-made ovens straight from Europe.

These assist in making the soufflés they serve legit, and we couldn't be more grateful.

As mentioned before, Rise serves both sweet and savory soufflés.

Their sweet soufflés come in raspberry, chocolate, apricot, praline pecan, and even more flavors.

Creamed spinach, smoked salmon, southwest chicken, herb and spicy sausage, and more are waiting for you on the savory side.

Their menu also has non-soufflé items such as soup and salads, in case you're still hungry after your soufflé.

And you have to try their cheeses that are imported straight from Europe, paired with their assortment of wine and champagne flights.

We can't wait for Rise to finally be here, and we hope you can't either!
