Matthew McConaughey Shared A Never-Before-Seen Throwback Photo Of His Texas Childhood (PHOTO)
Our favorite Texas actor has been pretty active on his brand new Instagram page since creating it early last month, and he has been eager to share snippets of his personal life for weeks now. Matthew McConaughey shared an Instagram throwback photo from his early life in Texas and we can't get enough of it!
Yesterday, the actor posted on both his Twitter and Instagram an adorable photo of himself from when he was a toddler with the simple caption "good mornin #tbt."
In the black and white photo, he is sporting the biggest gap-toothed smile and is seen standing in what appears to be his crib.
Fans of the actor all loved the photo, giving him immensely sweet feedback and words of love and praise. From long trails of heart-eye emojis to fun comments like "a star is born," fans were more than pleased to see a glimpse into McConaughey's early life.
Before the Academy Award-winning actor became the star we know and love today, he was a typical student like any other in the big state of Texas.
He was born in Uvalde and eventually moved to Longview, where he went to Longview High School.

After high school, he moved on to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where he iconically still teaches a class and attends almost every big game and event.
Matthew McConaughey clearly adores his past life in Texas, which is why he still lives here and makes it known to everyone that he absolutely loves it.
He even just attended the new UT Moody Center ground-breaking ceremony, where he rocked an all burnt orange suit in honor of his favorite school!
We hope to get more adorable throwback photos from McConaughey soon, along with tons of other behind-the-scenes looks into his exciting personal life!
