On Monday, January 6 the premiere of season 24 of The Bachelor will air and we've already picked our favourites. This time around, Canadians will have a hometown hero we can cheer for. Mykenna Dorn is the only Bachelor contestant from Canada on the latest season of the reality show and she's already got a reputation for herself as a wine-lover.

As Bachelornation eagerly awaits the new season, fans already have picked Dorn as a favourite. It's not hard to see why — her obsession with all things wine is at once adorable and relatable.

Shortly before the long-awaited episode airs, she spent a weekend in Osoyoos. It's a B.C. lakeside town in the province's Okanagan wine region that's not as popular as places like Kelowna but locals absolutely love it.

According to recent Instagram posts, it looks like she spent a weekend cozying up by the fireplace, checking out wineries, walking by the lake and, of course, doing her signature wine dance.

Osoyoos is about a 4.5-hour drive from Vancouver and it's a total hidden gem. Even though the winter might not be the most popular time to hit up wineries, it goes to show how devoted she is to her hobby that she took the time to visit.

Hopefully, she got to relax before the first episode of her season premieres.

From the looks of it, she had a great trip and it makes us want to book a weekend getaway to wine country, too.

The Bachelor host Chris Harrison introduced her as someone who "...considers her ability to dance with a full glass of wine and not spill a drop to be her greatest talent."

It's no surprise she was chilling out among the grapevines on her holiday.

There are a ton of posts from Osoyoos on her Instagram. If you want to vacation like a Bachelor contestant, then you can hit up Osoyoos for your next wine mini-vacation.
