If we're being honest, I know that all of us secretly like spending a ton of money on makeup. For some reason, it makes us feel cooler, more 'professional' and also with the trends. It's hard to walk into Sephora and not buy anything, even if it's those cute and small products right by the cash that reel you in every single time. But when you do get up to the cash, you'll realize you spent like $80 on a foundation that you'll use up in a month.

Not only are drugstores way easier to get to, but everything is way cheaper. But that doesn't mean the quality is! Don't get it twisted. The quality of makeup at the drugstore is great and very comparable to high end. Actually, foundations are not only comparable but sometimes even better. I'll prove it to you. Here are seven drugstore foundations that are better than any you'll find at Sephora.

L'Oreal Paris True Match Super Blendable Foundation

Price range: $18.50 - $19.99

If you've never heard of L'Oreal Paris True Match Super Blendable Foundation, you're missing out. This foundation has a wide variety of shades, 33 to be exact, and also has SPF 17 built into the foundation. It's really a great foundation for all skin types, as it's not marketed towards oily or dry skin which means it's the best of both worlds. True Match foundation truly matches every skin tone and skin type, so you need to pick this up on your next stop at the drugstore!

L’Oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream

Price range: $15.99 - $19.99

I'm gonna be honest here. This is my all-time favorite "foundation." I put foundation in quotations because it's really not, it's a B.B. cream but it works similar to a foundation. This product comes out completely white, which is a little shocking at first, but there are beads inside that when you rub it into your skin, it blends right into your skin tone! It's a magical product as it adheres to the color of your skin. It has such a beautiful finish as it leaves your skin looking so natural. If you're into natural looking foundations, try this B.B cream out.

Oily skin? Not with this foundation! NYX Can't Stop Won't Stop Full Coverage Foundation gives you a nice matte finish AND it's waterproof. Hi, best foundation ever. This foundation is available in 45 shades, so everyone can experience how great it is. This wouldn't be the best foundation for dry skin, keep in mind. But if you have normal to oily skin, then this matte foundation is calling out your name!

Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation

Price range: $8.99 - $10

This lightweight foundation will become your new BFF. Rimmel is definitely an underrated makeup brand, but their products are sooo affordable! If you're looking for something that won't look cakey on your face, give you a natural glow and won't break the bank, then Stay Matte foundation should be your pick. They have a limited 15 shades which is a bummer, but the product itself is amazing.

Revlon ColorStay Liquid Foundation

@revlonembedded via

Price range: $12.99 - $18.99

When Revlon says color stay, they mean it. Because one of the main ingredients is salicylic acid, it won't slide off of your face and will keep you shine free for most of the day. If you have oily skin, you'll love that this product is oil-free! You won't need to powder your face during the day, and you also don't have to worry about sunscreen because Revlon's ColorStay Liquid Foundation has SPF 15 built in. Did I mention it's available in 20 shades?

Wet n' Wild Photo Focus Foundation

Price range: $5.99 - $10.99

Imagine a very inexpensive foundation that's vegan. And imagine that foundation being one of the best you'll ever put on your skin. Well, this is it! Wet n' Wild's Photo Focus Foundation went THROUGH it to prove that it does well in photos. How much did this foundation go through? Well, it went through 7 photo lighting conditions to make sure they got it right. And did they? This flawless foundation will make your skin look like you got it professionally done. So yes, yes they did. They have 16 shades, and for the result you get, you really can't beat the price.
