Here's Your Shot At Fame, Casting For Season 8 Of "Big Brother Canada" Is Now Open

Can you believe that it's nearly been two decades since the hit series Big Brother premiered? Although the show has been in the U.S. since 2000, the show made it's Canadian debut back in 2013, and has gained a pretty large following in the years since. Big Brother Canada season 8 casting is happening now, here's how you can apply.
Earlier today, the hit reality series announced that it has officially opened it's casting for its upcoming eighth season. If you've ever thought about what it would be like to be a reality TV star, now's your chance! You just have to be 19 before February 1, 2020 to qualify.
"Those who think they have what it takes to make it in the ‘Big Brother Canada’ house can visit the official casting site to submit a photo and short video explaining why they are the ideal candidate,” Global stated in their press release.
As you may remember, last year the casting team went on a national tour to give people a shot at auditioning in real life, rather than just via video. You can expect details about the upcoming season eight casting tour later this summer.
Applications for season eight must be submitted no later than November 15, 2019, to be considered. You can check out more info, as well as a full list of rules and eligibility at this link .
If you can't wait for the next season of Big Brother Canada to premiere, worry not! Season 21 of the original Big Brother is currently airing on Sunday and Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT and Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Global.
