Blake Shelton Was Just Named The Sexiest Man Alive And People Are SO Confused
Every year, People magazine crowns one celebrity as 'The Sexiest Man Alive.' The award is most well-known for setting the 'benchmark' for male attractiveness, as a man that can be deemed sexy by a generally large consensus. The winner is graced with a People magazine cover and spread, as well as knowing that they are amongst truly sexy company like Tom Cruise, Patrick Swayze, Matthew McConaughey and George Clooney.
This year, People selected Blake Shelton and the public...well, they're not so sure he's deserving of the title. Shelton is a celebrated country singer and an incredibly likeable host on The Voice alongside sexy co-star, Adam Levine and girlfriend, Gwen Stefani.
And while Shelton may be a favourite on reality TV, his 'Sexiest Man' Title is ruffling a lot of feathers. Stereotypically handsome men like David Beckham, Chris Hemsworth and Channing Tatum have taken the titles home in recent years, making Shelton a questionable choice.
