This Restaurant In Vancouver Serves The Spiciest Hell Fire Korean Noodles In Canada

Can you handle the heat?

If you've tried the "Korean Fire Noodle Challenge" and took joy in slurping up those Sam Yang noodles (yup, we're talking the ones with the chicken on it) then get ready for Canada's spiciest Korean noodles ever.

Located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver is the Korean restaurant Joong Won (also called Won Jung) that claims to have the spiciest noodles, Jjambbong, in Canada! They have five levels of spice that you can choose from, level 1 being about Sriracha level spiciness and level 3-5, which is basically made for fire-breathing dragons. And if you dare to finish all the noodles including the soup, you can get it totally free.

You can get the Noodles in Spicy Soup, Jjambbong, in a combo with seafood, mussels, chicken, pork, beef, or you can even make it totally vegetarian - whatever suits your taste buds. The only requirement to getting on that free deal is that you must order the spicy noodles at spice level five...the ultimate challenge.

But if you're not a fan of the spice and your friend dragged you there to do the challenge, you can try their other menu items instead. Their black bean noodles, Jjajangmyeon, and their sweet and sour pork are definitely must-tries.

Take on the challenge and stare down hell's fires straight in the face with Joong Won's Spicy Noodle Challenge. Joong Won is located at 1329 Robson St, and is open daily from 11AM to 11PM.
