Hockey games are known for having intense fights. Usually, the fights stay on the ice. However, this wasn’t the case last night during the Vancouver Canucks game. According to several videos, an intense fight broke out in the crowd at the Canucks game last night and even NHL players were reportedly watching it. Several videos of the fight were circulating the Internet. We are now sharing them with you so that you don't miss out on any of the action. You are welcome.
Last night, the Vancouver Canucks took on the Los Angeles Kings. It was a home game at Rogers Arena. In a shootout, the Canucks managed to win with a final score of 3-2, but this wasn’t the only exciting thing that happened during the game. A pretty intense fight also broke out in the stands and caught the attention of not just the crowd, but some NHL players as well.
According to a Reddit post, a fight broke out in the crowd of the Canucks game last night and a group of security and police had to escort a guy out of section 118 in Rogers Arena.
In one of the videos, you can see that one man was out cold while on top of another man. About five guys try to get the man up and on his feet. The security staff eventually gives up trying to let the guy walk out on his own and they end up carrying him up the stairs and inevitably out of the arena.
From the sounds of it, it seems like a majority of people were watching and filming the fight and not so concerned about the game.

Reddit users who were at the game have been commenting on what exactly happened with the fight. Check out what they had to say about what went down!
A longer version of the fight from a different video that was posted shows the guy struggling and fighting with several security members. The security then proceeded to choke him out and he remained unconscious for several seconds before they forced him to stand up. He is then literally carried out of the arena by the security guards but not before resisting them a few more times.
This is not the first time that a major crowd fight has broken out during a Canucks game. Back in 2017, security staff at the Rogers Arena came under fire for allegedly not intervening when a fight broke out between fans, CTV News reports. The investigation began after a fan had expressed his frustrations on social media following the fight. According to CTV News, the fight lasted for about four to five minute without any intervention from security.
According to two Reddit users, it wasn’t just the crowd that was watching the fight. This entire incident caused such a commotion that even the NHL players were reportedly watching! I guess we all love a good hockey fight.
