"Set in the heart of downtown Vancouver with Yaletown, Gastown and Robson Street right outside your door, life at TV Towers offers the ultimate in urban convenience," reads the rental description on Craigslist. "Up the street from the Art Gallery and a few blocks from BC Place and GM Place".

Check out the photos of the rental for yourself below and see whether the apartment lives up to the $2800 price tag. The apartment squeezes two bedrooms into a 576 sq. ft. space and from the photos, the rooms look absolutely tiny and they can only just fit in a bed.

The owner tries to describe the perks of this $2800 rental on Craigslist, but these features aren't going to make the apartment any bigger. "This suite comes elegantly finished and beautifully furnished," reads the description. "You will enjoy access to The Network Health Club, a state-of-the-art fitness room, yoga and Pilates studio, steam room and sauna".

According to the listing, access to the games room in the apartment is also included and where there are pool tables, air hockey, foosball, and also a big screen TV. However, you'll obviously be spending much more time in your actual apartment than in the facilities, and almost $3000 is a hefty price to pay for some extra facilities.

For comparison, the average one bedroom in Vancouver is currently around $1500, according to data from the Rent Jungle. It looks like this apartment listing is asking for noticeably higher than the average monthly rental cost in Vancouver, costing an extra $300 a month.

The address of the apartment rental is 788 Hamilton Street, Vancouver. To find out more about the listing, you can visit Craigslist
