It's finally here! The highly anticipated Parisian éclair shop by French chef Christophe Adam is opening in Vancouver and all us sweet tooth advocates are super excited!
L'Éclair de Génie will be opening it's doors tomorrow, Saturday, April 29th, and Vancouver foodies need to get ready! Located at 1210 Robson St., the French patisserie shop will be boasting their famous extraordinary variety of éclairs!
Typically filled with cream and topped with chocolate icing, these éclairs are anything but typical. From flavours like Orange Pistachio to Mascarpone Strawberry, Citron Yuzu to Caramel Salted Butter, you'll be drooling all over just to have a taste. Already having created 250 different flavours at their Paris location, they're going to bring us 250 more reasons to visit them here in Vancouver.
I mean, just look at how glorious they are!
Have you seen cuter éclairs?! As you can see, these are not your traditional éclairs. These nuggets of gold are next level fancy, from the flavours to the toppings (aka something you're defs going to need for your hip IG).
The éclairs are made fresh in house daily! They currently have 10 different flavours at the Robson location, but their kitchen will continue to pump out fresh, new flavours every month. They've even created an éclair unique to their first North American location right here in our city, the "I Love Vancouver" éclair with an adorable topping and maple flavoured cream filling.
