Here's A Map To Finding The Most Magical Christmas Lights In Vancouver

Who loves a good Insta picture in front of twinkling lights and festive decorations for Christmas? We do! There are tons of places around the city decked out with gorgeous lights and displays that scream holiday cheer, but there are some exceptional displays that you absolutely cannot miss out on.

To make things easier for you, we've created a map that you can follow along. Either stay local or make a day trip out of it and go out as far as Langley for the lower mainland's biggest lights display. Grab your girl squad or your insta-husband, or both, because you're going to be snapping away pictures all day long.

Festival of Lights at VanDusen Gardens

Why you should go: Every year the Trinity Street neighbourhood takes the home Christmas lights to the next level. Walk along this residential neighbourhood and see all the creative personal displays. Try to take transit or walk because there isn't street parking.

Why you should go: This magical winter wonderland features four Christmas-themed light gardens and a 210 ft. long musical light tunnel where you can experience the warmth and wonder of the holiday season. They will also be hosting food trucks to fill your tummies, a bar to get your seasonal glüwhein (of course), and an entire Christmas market with over 40 vendors.
