Oh yes, you read that right. This new food challenge to hit Vancouver is so insane that you will need two people to complete it.

At this Vancouver sushi restaurant, patrons are being challenged to finish 10 pounds of poké - with the chance of winning a trip to Las Vegas.

Riz Sushi, located on East Broadway, is offering this insane food challenge that consists of a huge poke bowl which is packed full of crab-meat salad, wakame, cucumber, edamame, pickled ginger, and masago atop a bed of white rice, loaded with two pounds of fresh fish (ahi tuna or salmon).

The food challenge costs $60 per person to enter (for a team of two), and you will have to consume the entire bowl within thirty minutes.

If you are successful, you will both win a $50 gift voucher to Riz Sushi, as well as go in the running to win a trip to Las Vegas.
