This Vancouver Ice-Cream Spot Serves Frozen S’Mores Pops And They Are The Perfect Summer Dessert
Cooking s'mores over a campfire is one of the best parts of this season and is truly a quintessential summer activity. The combination of gooey toasted marshmallow with melted chocolate and graham crackers just brings back memories.
One Vancouver ice-cream eatery is serving up a grownup version of s'mores, and it is so pretty you may not even want to take the first bite.
Mister, located in Yaletown, is an ice-cream store that makes their ice-cream from scratch in-house using pure, natural ingredients.
One of their iconic desserts that is featured all over Instagram lately is their "frozen s'mores" ice-cream, which features a dark bitter chocolate ice-cream with crushed graham cracker. It is then covered with a layer of marshmallow that is blowtorched to toasty perfection!
The shop also serves up a variety of other desserts - they specialize in nitrogen ice-cream. If you're not familiar with this kind of dessert, liquid nitrogen is used to rapidly freeze ingredients at very low temperatures to make ice-cream in front of you!
They are also famous for their creme brûlée ice-cream sandwiches, which are often served dipped in chocolate, and their charcoal ice-cream cones.
Mister is located at 1141 Mainland St, and is open daily, Sunday to Thursday from 1 PM till 10 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 1 PM till 11 PM.
