This Waterfront Night Market In Vancouver Is Officially Coming This Spring
The best food in the city with the best views of the city 🍧
If you love going to all the outdoor festivals in Vancouver, then you'll be glad to hear that the Shipyards Night Market is returning this Spring to fill your Friday nights with amazing food, good times and the best views of Vancouver. Directly across the harbour from Vancouver, it's pretty magical to be there at dusk and watch the lights of the city dance on the water as the sun sets.
Expect some of the city's best food trucks at this night market congregating together to satisfy cravings like mac and cheese, burritos and summertime classics like ice cream. You can shop from handmade and artisan goods each Friday, too! There's even a +19 beer garden which is basically one of the most coveted patios in Vancouver. A festival wouldn't be complete without live music and there will be local talent performing on stage each night until the market closes.
Each Friday night, you can take the Seabus across the harbour to the night market. It's totally free to visit so you won't feel pressured to enjoy it all in one go! You can come back as often as you like throughout the rest of Spring and Summer. Visiting this market would be a fun group date idea and it's a great way to enjoy the outdoors after a long, cold Winter!
The Shipyards Night Market starts on Friday, May 3 and goes from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. running every Friday until the end of September. You can find the Shipyards at the end of Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver just steps from the Seabus and Lonsdale Quay.
