Vancouverites Need To Try This 100% Plant-Based Restaurant Immediately
You really won't believe how tasty the food is.
Vegetarians, you're going to want to try this one out. From the amazing team behind the award-winning Main St. restaurant the Acorn, comes a new incredible spot serving 100% plant based food. The Arbor, which opened up this week just down the street, is a logical sequel/sister-restaurant to the Acorn, with a more accessible vibe and familiar comfort dishes.
Local, sustainable, and healthy, this restaurant should be on every vegan's radar - as per their website, they will have "playful, quick service," and food made from foraged and fresh, wild ingredients on their menu. With names like "Spaghetti and Neatballs" you know you're not eating meat - but with food that looks and tastes this good, you definitely won't miss it.
The new location's address is 3941 Main Street, found just down the street from The Acorn. The Arbor will offer diner-style vegetarian and vegan food. Their menu will feature breakfast, lunch and dinner options, from 11 a.m.- 12 a.m. daily!
Their bar program will focus on wines, beers, and ciders that pair well with their deep-fried foods.
Check out the clean, inviting space, and be sure to stop in to try the Arburger or Southern Fried Artichoke Sandwich. If all vegetarian restaurants were this good, we'd be collectively off meat for the long haul.
