If you live on the North Shore and haven't been to Buddha-Full, are you even vegan? Located at 106 West 1st St, Geremie Voigt and Kyla Rawlins fulfilled their dream of becoming the first completely organic, raw, vegan, and gluten-free cafe on the North Shore when they opened their doors in 2010. They will be expanding to the Northwood Village soon.
They say they "always wanted Buddha-Full, to be a warm light-hearted space that provided amazing nourishment. A space that would inspire and educate through intentional choices and insightful events.” The first thing you'll notice is the beautifully designed rustic space...
Turning around to see every square inch of the space is beautifully crafted.
Don't forget to look down.
Only to see one of the most unique menus in the city...
Next up is the incredible service by all of the Buddha-Full staff who make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the doors.
Once you have absorbed the beautiful space, it's time to do a little shopping in their boutique. Here you'll find everything from locally sourced products like the Vancouver Candle Co. to well-crafted and good quality items like S'well water bottles and more!
Okay, so you've bought your ethical hand soap and now you're hungry. It's time to order. Buddha-Full is known for their inclusive menu that includes raw, organic, vegan and gluten-free options for all of your food-restricted friends. It's Vancouver, after all!
Of course, you don't want to miss their juice and smoothie bar...
This vegan oasis is the perfect way to spend an afternoon in North Vancouver. Check them out, post-Quarry Rock, ride on the seabus, or after you burned 10,000 calories doing the Grouse Grind. The service is top notch, the food is on your craving bucket list, and the space is SO Instagrammable. Thank you for bringing a slice of heaven to North Vancouver, Buddha-Full.
