Winter can be hell. It's hard to feel fabulous when you're stuck at home or bundled up in 13 layers you never get to take off because your office is freezing and your classrooms are even colder. You suck it up all week, so you deserve to dress up and go out.
If your resolution is to stay on budget, get out of the house more or take more time for yourself – you can absolutely do it. If you're just looking for something fun to do next weekend, you're all good too.
Here are 12 things you can do in Winnipeg that will help you feel classy AF but won't break the bank.
1. Spend the day at Thermea

2. Stop for brunch at Clementine Cafe

12. Top your day off with tapas at Segovia
This place is on every "top romantic restaurants in Winnipeg" list for a reason, but it's also a great spot for a girls' night. They don't take reservations, so you might just want to rush there after work and snack all night. PS: they also do dessert!
