It's been a long cold winter here in Manitoba, but have no fear, March is here! The weather should start warming up which means it's a perfect time to go do all those things you didn't want to do in -30. It's also the last month to do all those winter activities before the snow and ice melts. So that means, get on it before it's to late! By April, we won't be Winterpeg anymore so time is running out for any skating, snowboarding, snow ball fights, Ice Castles, Crokicurl, or whatever your favourite winter things are!
It's also time to bring out the green beer, kiss some Irish (or not so Irish) people, drink to much, wear cheesy t-shirts, and celebrate St Patricks Day! Saturday, March 17th is the day of the leprechaun tradition and all of our favourite pubs will be packed. Get there early to make sure you can even get in. Or, if the pub isn't your thing, check out the Irish Club to party with the real Irish.
So make the most of the end of winter. Enjoy the activities before we have to wait another 9 months to do them! Here are 40 Things You Gotta Do This March 2018 In Winnipeg.
