It’s Sunday morning after a late night at the Seahorse, and there’s nothing more appealing than some fresh, greasy bacon brought to you after you wake up at 1pm. Luckily, Halifax has some of the best brunch joints around, and we’ve provided you with a list of the crème de la crème, so all you have to do is show up.

Below is a combination of delicious options perfect for students on a budget, and some more gourmet options for those special occasions with bae.

1. The Ardmore Tea Room // 6499 Quinpool Rd

Cheap, convenient and delicious; that's what you can expect every time you come to Ardmore. A Halifax favourite, people flock here on weekdays and weekends alike, and those milkshakes are to die for!

The menu may look small, but don't be fooled: the Coastal packs a big punch. The ingredients are fresh and distinct, the dishes are interesting and beautiful, and their coffee is some of the best in the city.
