If you're ever been to a Vietnamese restaurant, then you've definitely seen vermicelli on the menu. It's typically a cold and hot noodle bowl, with a bunch of absolutely delicious ingredients thrown in. You can get pork, chicken, beef, or shrimp and the bowl consists of vermicelli noodles, fresh vegetables, peanuts and the best part, spring rolls. *drools*

If you usually get pho or pad Thai at a restaurant, you may want to change your mind and go a different route. While it's so much healthier, the flavour is unreal and will blow your mind. Think the dish looks plain? Think again.
