This documentary basically shares information that eating meat can be seriously harmful to the body. They claim that the vegan lifestyle is the way to go if you want to live better and longer.

SimplyRaw Express is, you guessed it, a fully raw restaurant. They only serve plant-based, organic and raw foods so the ingredients are whole and amazing for your body. If you're looking for a light but filling pick me up, their meals are to die for and their juices are super refreshing too.

Grow Your Roots Cafe is the only cafe in Ottawa that serves vegan breakfast 6 days a week. Sooo, you have to try it for that sole reason. Other than their amazing brunch, they also sell vegan meals every day which consists of panini's, salads, and other little treats that will fill you up.

Strawberry Blonde Bakery is 100% vegan, gluten free and nut free. Yes please! Their mission is to make it easy for people with allergies, food sensitivities or food journeys to not be scared about cross contamination. Their delicious treats which include donuts, ice cream sandwiches, cookies, and much more are absolutely to die for.

Not only doing Feline Café have the most adorable cat treats (for humans, don't worry), they also have cats running around that you can actually adopt. They also have vegan sandwiches you can munch on while playing with the cats. This place is seriously the best.
