This Is What Vogue Magazine Says You Must Do In Ottawa

We're honoured.

Even though some people think it's pretty clear that Ottawa is the city that fun forgotsome people think otherwise. Vogue Magazine included.

Vogue Magazine recently wrote about how to have a restorative weekend away in Ottawa, but that wasn't the best part. The best part was the places they chose, and the way they described the city itself. The article says, "If you start to describe Ottawa, you’ll quickly realize it sounds more like an appealing dating profile than a capital: bilingual, beautiful, kid friendly, likes nature." Wow.

Us Ottawans are so hard on our own city, sometimes we forget to see the beauty in it. Vogue Magazine classifies the city as health conscious, and a trip to Ottawa is the third reason to visit Canada after Googling how to move here after the election and for Canada's 150th. I don't know if we should feel proud, honoured, or confused in the best way possible, but I definitely feel all of those things.

Vogue believes that Ottawa is the perfect getaway for a restorative weekend, and we definitely agree that the city is relaxing. Here are the places they suggest to heal your body and mind in Ottawa:
