You Can Float Through Gatineau On This 2-km Lazy River

Summer is the perfect time to be lazy. You can lay out in the sun, hang out with friends, and not feel guilty for just doing nothing. Because after a hard winter, we deserve to treat ourselves, right?!

And even better, this summer is Canada 150 which means the celebrations never end. So onn July 29th, Canada 150 Float is happening. You'll be able to float down the water in Gatineau, which starts at Parc des Oiseaux. If you're the type of person that loves the lazy river at waterparks, then this event is for you. 

This 2-km float brings you downstream, but of course you need a tube or a kayak to make the most fun out of the ride. The ride is from 11 am to 8 pm, so you can float all day if you want!
