Toronto's biggest FREE light festival is back!
On Friday, the Toronto Light Festival officially opened, and it's transformed the historic Distillery District into one of the largest open-air lighting galleries in North America.
This year’s festival- now in its second year - features more than 25 light art installations from local and international artists, including a fire-breathing dragon, a laser spider, a pyramid made from 200,000 gummy bears and a hell of a lot of other cool other things.
Running until March 4th, the exhibition will adorn the downtown east neighbourhood with different light elements including iridescent, fluorescent and LED lights.
There's nothing like a little razzle dazzle to heat up winter in the city.
