This All-New Japanese Dessert Cafe In Toronto Serves The Cutest Ice Cream Cones

You deserve a treat!

There's tons of cool Japanese dessert spots opening up in Toronto because clearly, we love all things Japanese here! They really know good desserts over in Japan and we're super lucky to have all these cute new spots opening up right here in our city.

The newest one on the scene is a dessert cafe that specializes in amazing ice cream cones, cakes, parfaits, and more! Saryo Cafe just opened up at the beginning of December and if you haven't tried it yet, you need to right now.

Saryo Cafe is located at 5051 Yonge St in the North York are. This dessert cafe is super popular in Japan already, with over 9 locations, and now we can try it out for ourselves at it's very first overseas location right here in Toronto!

What makes this shop unique is their super cute ice cream cones which come in both matcha and hojicha roasted green tea topped with colourful Oiri balls. Oiri is a soft-candy ball popular in Japan that's made out of rice and adds a nice texture and flavour to the sweet ice cream.

But ice cream cones aren't the only thing this new dessert cafe does, they also serve ice cream sundaes topped with mochi and jellies, parfaits topped with brownies, granola, mochi and more, homemade cheesecakes, and a huge menu full of yummy drinks!

This is the best new place to treat yourself to an amazing dessert straight from the streets of Tokyo!
