It's definitely no question that Torontonians really don't care how cold it is outside when it comes to ice cream. When you live in a city where there is just about every kind of ice cream creation available, it's hard to judge someone enjoying an ice cream sammie or a waffle cone in the Winter weather.

While Milk Bar has long been a Toronto staple for their soft serve topped with cereal bits, there's one area on the menu that has been seriously neglected by the foodie community- and that's their cake shakes.

What exactly is a cake shake? It's basically like a Mcflurry with cake in it, but in this case, you don't have to worry about the "flurry machine being broken!"

While the shake will cost you in between $6-$9 depending on which size you get, trust me when I say it's well worth it! Especially considering one of their top flavours is the "Birthday Cake Shake" that has "Birthday Cake Truffles" blended into it!

Though they don't just offer "Birthday Cake Shakes", in fact, they have several other options if birthday cake just isn't your thing. From a "Chocolate Malt Cake Shake" to a "Crunchy Cereal Shake", there's an option for anybody who's looking for a tasty treat regardless of the colder weather!
