Toronto has quickly become one of the most expansive foodie cities in the world. You can find practically anything under the sun downtown in the city whether you're craving Japanese cheesecake, Spanish/ Portuguese churros or even charcoal ice cream. Though there is one dessert in specific that until now has been otherwise left neglected in the city, and that's Bingsu.

If you don't know what Bingsu is, it's a traditional Korean iced dessert that consists of ice shavings and is topped with sweetened condensed milk and optional toppings such as fruit syrup, fruits, bananas or anything to your heart's desire! Thankfully this delicious dessert is now being served up at a brand new dessert shop in the city called Snow Lava Toronto!

While the spot just recently opened in late March and a menu isn't up online, we know that the spot is serving some insane creations that cater to both those who are into decadent or classically sweet treats!

From Mango Cheese and Green Tea Sulbing Bingsu to crushed Oreos, it's clear that Snow Lava Toronto is giving every Torontonian the chance to start Summer early regardless of the cold weather with some shaved ice cream!
