You Can Now Get Cinnamon Bun Ice Cream Sandwiches At This Toronto Bakery

This is how we roll!

The weather right now has been teasing us with hints of spring and promises that winter is finally over for the last month now and we still haven't seen any real changes. The snow is definitely gone for the season but we're still waiting on the warm weather to show up.

But there's one thing that is giving us a small sliver of hope that spring and summer are on their way and that's the cinnamon bun ice cream sandwiches from Rosen's Cinnamon Buns!

Ice cream is always the official marker of summertime in the city. Once the crazy ice cream treats start rolling out, that means that warmer weather is on it's way!

Rosen's Cinnamon Buns is located at 825 College St in between the Trinity Bellwoods and Dufferin Grove areas! If you can't tell by the name, this bakery specializes in all things cinnamon buns.

Last summer they rolled out a new treat that was a huge hit: their cinnamon bun ice cream sandwiches! Once summer ended though they took them off the menu but now they're back again as of 2 weeks ago and we can officially say that spring/summer has arrived!

Cinnamon bun lovers rejoice because this is the dessert you've been waiting for! They slice a hefty chunk of vanilla ice cream and place it between two warm, gooey cinnamon bun halves to make the sugariest, most decadent treat you've ever laid eyes on.

They call this the ice cream 'Bunwich' and it only costs $5! Don't shy away from stopping by this spot during brunch hours and basically eating ice cream, sugar and bread for breakfast because why not, right?
