If you're like me and need a bit (okay, a lot) of help waking up, you'll want to check out Einsten Bros Bagels. The popular bagel chain has been making headlines for releasing "the first caffeinated bagel."

Behold, the "Espresso Buzz."

The Espresso Buzz contains about 32 milligrams of caffeine, which is pretty much 1/3 of what you'd find in a cup of coffee.

While I'm always looking for new ways to wake up in the morning, I'm not sure how the bitter taste of coffee would go with cream cheese.

Hopefully the Espresso Buzz makes its way to Canada soon so we can find out!
