Everyone knows that the most important and sacred ritual of all time is weekend brunch. Whether you’ve had a long week at work or a rough night out, it’s fair to say that brunch is the one event on the weekend that you wouldn’t dare to miss.

And us Torontonians do brunch the right way. In fact, we are cereal brunchers. See what I did there?

And while there are multiple amazing brunch places all over the city, there is one particular spot that is worth checking out and seriously sharing on your Instagram story.

Tucked away inside The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is TOCA, a Forbes 4 star rated restaurant that features an incredible Saturday and Sunday brunch menu that will have you wanting to come back again and again.

On Saturdays, the restaurant offers their epic Italian Brunch Buffet which features bottomless mimosas and bellinis, smoked & cured meats and fish, salads, an East Coast seafood bar, an incredible pasta selection, cheese from TOCA’s very own Cheese Cave, a variety of different breakfast items, entrees and even a dessert selection. Just make sure you’re there on time since there is only one seating on from 12 pm to 2 pm - and in fact, to avoid disappointment, reservations are strongly recommended!

Now, if you can’t make it out on Saturday, don’t worry: Sunday’s legendary brunch buffet is even more over the top, featuring everything from Saturday’s epic Italian Brunch Buffet plus a carving station, a tasty selection of soups and baked goods, a dessert room and even more importantly, bottomless mimosas, bellinis and bloody caesars! The restaurant also features two seatings on Sundays from 12 pm to 2 pm or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

And if you needed any more convincing, TOCA is proud to collaborate with Michelin-star awarded partner Chef Oliver Glowing who also happens to be one of Rome’s top restaurateurs.

Aside from featuring an amazing all Italian menu, the restaurant uses the freshest ingredients and locally sourced produce and protein in each of their dishes, so you know you’re not only getting a tasty dish, but a quality meal as well!

Trust me, this is going to be one of those brunches that is sure to be talked about over and over again. You might even dream about it.
