Here's Every Kardashian's Diet And The One That Works Best
Moderation is key.
Which member of Kardashian/ Jenner clan is crushing the diet game? While all the sisters are extremely toned and clearly in great shape, it seems that one of them has it a bit more figured out.
In a new blog post on her app, "My Sisters' Diets Are Cray," truth-teller Khloé breaks down each of her sister's eating habits, with her always on-point commentary. She starts off with"we all have such different eating habits that sometimes when we're trying to choose a restaurant I wonder if we're even related. LOL!"
She starts with the Kim. Mrs. West follows the super strict Atkins diet, which "involves cutting out all sugar and carbs but it allows meat and dairy," Khloé explains. "I like sweets too much and also don't eat red meat or dairy so I'm saying hell no to this one!"
Next on the chopping block is Kendall. "She loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time," says big sis Khlo. So this isn't exactly a diet that would work for most of us...
The eldest, Kourtney, is the most health-conscious of the bunch, eating only organic food. Not to mention, "she has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too," Khloé says. "I always feel like I need to lock my pantry before she comes over so she doesn't yell at me for what's in it, LOL."
And the winner? King Kylie! "Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she's also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It's all about that moderation, boo!" And we have to say, the Kylie approach certainly seems to be the most sustainable and it's definitely working for our bbg.
