Did you know that in the last five years, Canada has seen more women entrepreneurs than we’ve seen snow in the winter? Kidding BUT our economy is growing, and it’s thanks to mother nature, literally. The life of an entrepreneur is not easy, there are many ups and downs and according to the Bureau of Labour Statistics, only 20% of businesses will survive after 5 years.

Owning a business is hard enough, but doing it all on your own from the ground up is a huge achievement. Which is why we’ve outlined some of this year's self-made Canadian women who are killing the game and just getting started.
