Once winter comes around, many people tend to slack and avoid going to the gym. It's the holiday season, there are so many things to do and people sometimes use excuses to avoid working out.
In all fairness, it's ok to ease off on the gym game when it's cold outside because you have your layers of clothing on and nobody can see your bod. However, within 3 months it's so easy to gain a couple of pounds, you'll be struggling to get back into shape come summer.
