The Pan Am Games is the largest multi-sport event held in Canada and it is coming to T.O. By July, we’re going to get slammed with an estimated 250,000 tourists ready to cheer on their countrymen and experience our culture.

It’s going to be busy, it’s going to be crazy, and it’s going to be a lot of fun. And for those who aren’t into sports, don’t worry! There are more activities, music, and art festivals happening around town than you can shake a stick at.

To help you get your bearings straight, we’re bringing you a full list of things to see and do during the games.

1. Volunteer to take part in the action and see games for free


2. Catch the Torch Relay as it's carried from the Pyramid of the Sun, Teotihuacan, Mexico, to Toronto


3. Scarf down a Breakfast of Champions at Celebration Square in Mississauga as the Torch goes by


4. Then make your way down to the Waterfront Festival in Port Credit for some tasty seafood and live music


5. Experience the opening ceremony taking place at the Rogers Centre featuring Cirque Du Soleil


6. Download the Pan Am Games App for easy access to maps and tickets


7. Check out the massive sport program. There's something for everyone


8. Have a lunch at High Park and watch marathons and road cycling


9. Browse the venues and find out what's happening close to you


10. Foodies of Toronto, make sure you don't forget Summerlicious


11. Enjoy nightly fireworks at Nathan Phillips Square...


12. ...And rock out to Death From Above 1979, among a plethora of other artists


13. Tune in to CBC and Radio Canada for live coverage of the games


14. Cheer on your favourite athlete and team on the big screen at Real Sports Bar and Grill


15. Alternatively, pick and choose a bar of your choice like the Loose Moose


16. Listen to USS, Lights, and more, perform at the Exhibition grounds (CIBC Pan Am Park)


17. Visit the largest Centre of Sports in the games whichis easily accessible from downtown


18. You would think Varsity stadium would host soccer matches...nope. It's archery time!


19. However, head to the CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium to get your fix


20. Have a picnic along the Lakeshore and Ontario Place to watch open water swimming


21. Plan a dinner date at the CN Tower and watch the fireworks from above


22. Head down to PANAMANIA Live @ The Distillery District for an abundance of arts and presentations from around the Americas


23. Get classy, grab a glass a wine and "Let The Games Begin" at the ROM's special Friday Night Live event


24. Be sure to attend Watercolour at Sugar Beach for free


25.Glance at Waters Edge; a photographic exhibition at Union Station and Pearson Airport


26. Take a break, sit on a patio along King Street West and watch the tourists go by


27. Drop by the AGO and experience their Exhibition of Landscapes From Across the Americas


28. Got a car? Use it


29. Represent your country and wear some red


30. Be a good guy and gal and help a tourist out, buy them a beer


31. Be aware of the TTC and traffic, it's going to get congested


32. Bike, walk, and admire the Pan Am Path


33. Get your flair going for Pride


34.  Caribana is conveniently scheduled in between the Pan Am and Parapan games


35. You can still buy tickets for the Pan Am and Parapan Games


36. Be a tourist in your own city and visit places you haven't before


37. Support the team as Women's Baseball is included in theSport Program for the first time in history
