6. Kelso Beach

5234 Kelso Rd

This cozy waterhole in Milton is a bit of a trek out of the city. But with the hike through the greenery and secluded feeling away from the condensed city, Kelso Beach and Conservation Area is worthy of a visit this summer. Soak up those sunrays!

7. Hanlan's Point

Lakeshore Ave

Another cool beach to take the ferry out to the islands of Toronto. Hanlan's Point is well-known by many young Torontonians as the 'beach with all the naked people'. And yes, it's true. Hanlan's is a nudist optional beach. If you are looking for an interesting, semi-Euro experience without having to pay thousands for a flight, Hanlan's will not let you down. Enjoy a nice swim in the waters of Lake Ontario.
