7 New Toronto Restaurants Opening In 2017
One of my favorite things about Toronto is the food scene. With over 8,000 restaurants and eateries to choose from, the options are endless. Whether you're in the mood for Japanese or Greek, Italian or Indian, there is every type of restaurant in Toronto available to satisfy your taste buds.
A new year also means new restaurant openings for Toronto, which is super exciting. Are you looking for a new place to eat? Here's a list of 7 new restaurants coming to Toronto in 2017:
1. La Banane // 227 Ossington Ave
Chef Brandon Olsen's new French restaurant is set to open it's doors on January 3rd.
2. Charidise // 27 Baldwin St.
This new gourmet Taiwanese resto should be open within the first week of January.
3. Rosie's Eatery // 1726 Avenue Rd.
Serving vegan treats and gluten-free goodies, Rosie's Eatery is set to open in March.
4. Petite Shell // Yorkville Village
The New York based kosher cafe is finally on the way to Toronto. Serving sweets like rugalach, a variety of pastries and Steampunk coffee, this will probably be the next hot spot in Yorkville.
5. Staij & Co. // 552 Parliament St
This cake and pastry design boutique brought to you by Anastasia Nasiopoulos will open doors in 2017.
6. Japanhako // 712 Bloor St. W
New sushi resto's are always an exciting contribution to Toronto. Japanhako will open very shortly in Korea Town.
7. Argyle Street Grill // 1161 Dundas St. W
There's not much info on this new grill joint but it looks like the place is in progress.
Stay tuned because there are many new restaurants coming to Toronto in 2017!
