It's that wonderful time of the year again, when several celebrities from all around the world gather for The Toronto International Film Festival. Hollywood actors and artists will be arriving to the city within the next couple of hours, if they already haven't.

The festival will kick off tomorrow, Thursday September 8th 2016. Besides the film screenings and red carpets, there are other places in Toronto to spot famous visitors. Are you a fan of Kristen Stewart? Or are you desperate for a photo with Ryan Gosling? These are only 2 of the many  celebrities that could possibly be arriving to our city for TIFF 2016.

1. Windsor Arms Hotel // 18 St. Thomas St.

One of the greatest TIFF parties is always organized at the Windsor Arms every year. Several members from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association stay at this hotel and like to enjoy relaxing in the elegant French-style tea room.

Previous guests : Channing Tatum, Jessica Chastain, Naomi Watts,  Elizabeth Olsen, Eddie Redmayne and Idris Elba.

2. The Thompson Hotel // 550 Wellington St W. 

The Thompson Hotel always attracts celebrities but it is also a major TIFF venue. It's a great place to meet people during the festival, in their lobby bar or rooftop patio. But... FYI you do need to have a card to access their private rooftop.

3. Hazelton Hotel // 118 Yorkville Ave.

This chic hotel situated in Yorkville, welcomes a great amount of celebrities during TIFF. You may spot them dining at ONE Restaurant, having a drink at the bar or making a grand exit to a TIFF event.

4. Ritz-Carleton // 181 Wellington St W.

The Ritz-Carleton is the closest luxury hotel to the TIFF headquarters, making it a popular spot for celebrities to stay at.

5.  Montecito // 299 Adelaide St W.

This upscale resto-lounge is located walking distance away from the TIFF Lightbox and is owned by a notable director, Ivan Reitman of Ghostbusters.  The elegant spot has become a favorite for many TIFF celebrties and is without going to welcome many more this year.

6. Soho House // 192 Adelaide St W.

Toronto's super exclusive club hosts several private TIFF parties. The venue is completely paparazzi free which allows celebrities to make the most of their time in Toronto. You'll be able to spot them going in and out of the club, but if you don't know any members that are part of it - good luck getting in.

7. Michael's On Simcoe // 100 Simcoe St.

Michael's is one of Toronto's top steakhouses that is located in the Entertainment District. Many Hollywood celebrities have had dinner at Michael's during TIFF in the past and we won't be surprised to see many more this year.

8. Patria // 478 King St. W

Patria has attracted many celebrities to enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine. The restaurant will be open to the public and will allow you to pay a visit and possibly spot one of your favorite celebrities.
